Firing

2 owens with thermal profile (850 °C).

Laser

4 laser for automatic trimming (passive & functional adjuste).

1 CO₂ laser for drilling, cutting, scribing (~180 substrates per hour).

Assembly

4 lines – 3 automatic lines pick & place (Sony, Siemens – 30kpcs up to 40kpcs per hour).

Testing

12 testing stations (2 robotic stations).
