TeleControlli is a complex manufacturing organization. Administration, finance and budgeting are directly controlled by the Executive Management. Marketing, Sales and Customers Service represent a specialized interface. All technical activities are entrusted to a specialized team,  which support the customer. The production is divided into departments: screen printing, assembly, finishing.

Quality, planning and purchasing, operate as complements.
